What you'll do as a Supervisor Telecom Underground:
- You will assist with the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization's long-term strategy
- You will supervise day to day activities/project teams and project progress, establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables
- You will ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports
- You will identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
- You will understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
- You will supervise staff to ensure the organization's activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
- You will ensure the team is working safety and following all safety protocols.
What you'll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid license; CDL Class A preferred.
Additional qualifications (if applicable)
- You will have 5 or more years of progressive construction and or telecommunications supervsior experience
- You may have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related industry, or advanced training in the field
- You may have working knowledge of AutoCAD/Microstation drafting software
- You may have working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
Physical abilities & exposures
- Routinely: Use various electronic devices in an office setting and in the field, operate motor vehicle; Frequent sit, stand and/or walk; Frequent use of sight (specifically, close to perform computer work), hearing and voice; Use of hands, arms, and fingers to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Occasionally: Climb and stoop, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; Occasionally bend, squat, kneel, crawl or twist on concrete, dirt or gravel surface; Occasionally work in adverse weather conditions and uneven surfaces
Salary Range $90-$110K
