The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, ensure project success, and work effectively with the team to exceed customer expectations. This position requires extensive travel across the US and allows for remote residence. Pay : $26-$30+ per hour + OT (with overtime & Davis Bacon projects, this could be $90K-$120K+ annually) Anticipate 60-70+ hours per week Some projects fall under Davis Bacon Act (prevailing wages and fringe benefits) 100% travel, with per diem ($60/day), lodging provided, company vehicle Responsibilities : Erect and install bolted steel tanks and aluminum covers Manage a field construction crew of 3-6 members Complete site documentation (daily reports, timesheets, etc.) Position Type : Full-time, direct hire with benefits (not contract) Reporting : Reports to Director of Construction Travel : 100% out-of-state travel, 6-7 days per week Perks : Per diem, motel expenses, and company truck provided Role : Working foreman, hands-on with the crew Requirements: Ability to perform elevated work safely up to 150' Willingness to work in various weather conditions Experience with standard erection equipment (Forklift, Manlifts, etc.) Proficiency with hand and power tools (electric & pneumatic) Valid driver’s license and eligibility to become a DOT driver Ability to lift at least 50 pounds safely Adherence to all site and safety regulations Capability to pass safety tests (OSHA 30, Basic Plus, MSHA 48) Successful completion of a drug screen and background check Previous experience with bolted tank erection or aluminum cover installation is a plus
