On-Site Construction Lead

Habitat for Humanity of Mason County is recruiting for an On-Site Construction Lead. This person will assist the Construction Committee in successfully building affordable housing for selected families in Mason County. This person will be the on-site technical construction expert. This position will be responsible for all aspects of building a house from foundation to occupancy according to the build plan, supervising volunteers onsite, coordinating material deliveries and inspections as required. Extensive hands-on experience in residential construction is required and experience working with volunteers is preferred. We are looking for a team leader that supports the Mission and Vision of Habitat for Humanity. This position is full time working Monday through Friday with occasional weekends for ceremonies.
