Construction Manager

We are seeking a Construction Manager with a strong background in transmission line projects to oversee the construction of a new transmission line supporting a high-profile data center. This role is ideal for a safety-conscious, detail-oriented professional with excellent planning and communication skills. The Construction Manager will play a key role in coordinating field activities, managing materials, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. Key responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating daily activities of subcontractors on-site, managing and tracking materials delivered by the owner/customer, ensuring all construction activities adhere to safety standards and project specifications, and serving as the primary on-site liaison between the customer, subcontractors, and the project manager. The Construction Manager will also monitor project progress and proactively address any constructability issues, maintain detailed records and reports related to site activities, materials, and communications, and support quality assurance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Skills and requirements include proven experience with transmission line construction projects, understanding of how these projects work from a constructability perspective, commitment to site safety, strong planning and organizational skills with an eye for detail, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders. Experience working on infrastructure projects supporting data centers or similar critical facilities is also required, along with technical knowledge of transmission line components and installation methods.
