About Our Client
My client provides Service Bid and Design-Build services to clients in the Healthcare and Manufacturing markets. They foster relationships with their clients to add value. They are the prime manufacturer and builder in the Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) system. In other words, they manufacture huge building chunks that can be transported and assembled on-site into complex buildings quickly. This company self-performs multiple trades across their projects including MEP, Structural Erection, and Interior Finishes / Carpentry. Projects range in value but are typically upwards of $20M and are located across the Southeast.
They are made up of architects, engineers, manufacturers, programmers, and other generalists that are united by the notion that to make great things intelligently is a worthy pursuit.
Job Description Provide project management assistance through completion of projects on time and under budget
Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential
Help create, review, negotiate, and works with the project team to process the meeting minutes, Owner Change Orders, and requests for information
Establish, communicate, and implement the Project Schedule
Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget
Develop a thorough understanding of the details of the project
Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program
Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee and pricing decisions

The Successful Applicant At least 3 years of commercial construction project management experience
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field recommended
Team player with a positive and driven attitude
Strong written and oral communication skills
The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
Desire to further career as a Project Manager
OSHA certification preferred
Desire to work onsite across the Southeast U.S.
