Our client, a commercial construction company, is looking to add a few Superintendents to lead project execution. This position requires travel. Superintendent Responsibilities Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force, including subcontractors and assistant superintendents Coordinate with Project Manager to review all subcontractor payments and project budgets Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients, including representatives of Owner and Architect/Engineer Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules Communicate and enforce Safety and Health Management Program Superintendent Must Have Skills 5-10 years of construction experience, with some experience as a site lead Familiarity with drawings, specifications, and project contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders Experience with large-scale healthcare projects Mentoring and coaching experience with less experienced superintendents and tradespeople Procore or other project management software experience is highly desirable Compensation and Benefits Truck and per diem provided Excellent insurance package 401K Company culture focused on employee development and open communication At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world-class customer service.
