Job Summary:
● Lead and supervise all aspects of government roofing construction projects from initiation to completion ● Create look-ahead project schedules that effectively communicate all milestones for the project for all stakeholders ● Ensure adherence to government project plans, specifications, and timelines. ● Coordinate with government project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution ● Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly ● Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with federal safety, quality, and contractual requirements ● Manage project documentation, including regular job site photos, daily reports, drawings, change orders, and other project-related documents in accordance with government standards ● Ensure that all equipment on-site is inventoried regularly, maintained in safe and good working order, and properly tagged for repairs as needed ● Prepare and submit regular project status reports to management and government clients, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations ● Maintain effective communication with government project stakeholders, including contracting officers, subcontractors, and internal teams ● Provide updates on project progress, including schedule updates, resource requirements, and cost variations ● Collaborate with the project management team to resolve any contractual or scope- related issues with government clients ● Monitor project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control measures are in place for government contracts
Candidate Requirements: ● Must be able to pass federal background investigation and obtain necessary security clearances ● Must be eligible to access government and military installations ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in commercial construction or roofing ● Extensive travel experience and willingness to work on project sites across different government and military installations ● Strong knowledge of roofing construction methods, practices, and industry standards ● Solid understanding of federal safety regulations and compliance requirements ● Proficiency in project management software and tools ● Ability to climb a 40-foot ladder and lift heavy objects. ● Willingness to travel year-round to government and military facilities ● Valid driver's license and clean driving record CentiMark Corporation is the nation’s largest commercial/industrial roofing contractor with over 100 offices and 3,500 employees.
