Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily on-site operations and construction teams Oversee subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and materials Ensure quality standards, code compliance, and job site safety Interpret and execute project plans (MEP, structural, architectural) Maintain jobsite documentation and track progress using field software Communicate issues and schedule updates to project leadership Manage punch lists and ensure timely project closeout Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety procedures Travel to multiple job sites and manage concurrent project phases Job Details Qualifications
Required: 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction (retail/restaurant/finish-out preferred) Ability to manage fast-paced construction environments with multiple stakeholders Knowledge of safety codes, construction methods, and inspections Strong proficiency with construction software (Procore, Microsoft Suite) OSHA 10 certification minimum Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Willingness to travel and remain on-site for extended durations
Preferred: OSHA 30 certification or heavy equipment certifications Previous trade school or technical training Experience with remodels, finish-outs, or open-store environments
