We’re hiring a Class A licensed Underground Construction Worker who’s ready to take the next step in their career. If you know the underground game—drilling, potholing, vault setting—and you’re tired of dead-end jobs with no future, this is your shot. This role is for someone who wants to work hard, earn respect, and grow into leadership as the company scales. Compensation: $19 - $24 hourly Responsibilities: Work on underground utility jobs involving HDD , open trench, and restoration Set vaults and boxes , pothole for utilities, and perform saw cutting and jackhammering Load and transport materials and operate heavy equipment Keep the site clean, organized, and most of all— safe Read plans and follow the direction of foremen and superintendents Represent Omni with professionalism and pride on every job Qualifications: Class A CDL – required At least 1 year of experience in underground construction Solid knowledge of directional drilling , potholing, vault/box setting, and backfill Can handle a jackhammer , skid steer , or backhoe without hesitation Physically capable—able to lift 90+ lbs and work in the heat, cold, and everything in between About Company As we scale, we’re shaping the future of underground utilities—and we’re looking for driven individuals who are ready to build something bigger than themselves.
