We are looking for Construction Managers I and II who possess expertise in key disciplines such as civil, mechanical, electrical, piles, or logistics . Whether you are a subject matter expert or have broad experience, this role presents an opportunity to shine in your specialization while contributing to transformative renewable energy projects.
As a Construction Manager, you will take charge of planning and managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in strict adherence to safety standards and operational protocols. With each project varying in scope and client needs, you will face exciting and rewarding challenges ahead.
Location & Travel Details: This role requires you to travel throughout the U.S., actively participating in the construction of renewable projects. This is a traveling position (up to 100%), where you will be on-site at various project locations across the country. Projects typically last 8-12 months, with provided daily per diem to assist with living expenses. Additionally, you will have routine opportunities to return home while on rotation. A company vehicle and fuel card will be available for your use.

Responsibilities:
Adhere to and promote all Company and safety policies and procedures.
Direct and oversee all construction activities related to your assigned discipline for the project.
Collaborate with management to enhance project profitability while successfully executing construction plans.
Supervise construction activities and personnel while adhering to established delivery timelines, including development and training requirements.
Provide regular updates to Construction Manager II/III regarding overall project progress and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, promoting best practices in the workplace.

Build and lead effective teams to drive project success.
Communicate clear goals and expectations with crew leads.
Ensure Foremen are managing crews and subcontractors to maintain a safe work environment.
Work with CM II/III to establish a positive and respectful work culture for all staff.
Oversee procurement processes related to the construction package elements.
Monitor contract performance against project milestones, budget, and other KPIs.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their expectations are met in line with project agreements.
Cultivate relationships with Client Site Representatives to facilitate open communication and trust.
Guarantee compliance with company safety and quality standards in all assigned work.
Proactively manage equipment resources to prevent damages and plan effectively.
Complete personnel administrative tasks punctually, including expectation documents and performance management.
Collaborate with the Field Operations team for optimal resource management, ensuring the right team members are present for driving profitability.
Assist Business Development, Estimating, and Preconstruction efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
Construction Manager I:
Compensation $110,000-$130,000 annually, based on experience.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
A minimum of three years in the construction industry, with knowledge of techniques, estimating, and project management.
Experience supervising construction on utility-scale renewable projects such as solar, BESS, or wind preferred; related experience on large-scale projects will be considered.
Construction Manager II:
Compensation $130,000-$150,000 annually, based on experience.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
A minimum of five years in the construction industry, demonstrating knowledge of techniques, estimating, and management principles.
Experience supervising construction on utility-scale renewable projects such as solar, BESS, or wind preferred; related experience on large-scale projects will be considered.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and governmental regulations.
Capable of writing reports, business correspondence, and documenting project activities clearly.

Strong numerical skills for calculating figures and dimensions relevant to construction.
Adept at interpreting a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Working Environment:
Regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, precarious heights, and extreme temperatures.
