About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Construction Management to oversee a large portfolio of projects and play a key role in the growth and profitability of its national industrial assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and execution of a diverse range of construction projects, including general cap-ex, make-ready, and tenant improvements. This role involves supporting the Leasing team in budget development and project scoping, as well as preparing and managing comprehensive scopes of work for various project types, such as value-added conversion projects. The VP will be expected to have a 40% travel commitment, both locally and nationally, and must have a strong background in industrial, distribution, or warehouse asset management.
Applicants for the VP, Construction Management position at the company should have a minimum of a 4-year degree, preferably in a related field such as architecture, engineering, or construction management, and a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing large-scale TI and Cap-Ex projects on a national level. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in the industry, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a deep understanding of industrial, distribution, or warehouse assets. The VP will be instrumental in the company's project management and is expected to contribute significantly to the strategic growth and financial success of the national industrial asset portfolio.
