The Company is seeking a Division Vice President for Construction Operations. The successful candidate will be a senior executive with a proven track record in overseeing all aspects of construction operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This pivotal role involves strategic planning, project execution, team management, and financial oversight. The VP will also be instrumental in building and maintaining client relationships, driving operational efficiency, and leading the division in both organic and inorganic growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities for the Division VP include developing and implementing the division's strategic direction and operational plans, leading and mentoring project teams to foster a high-performing culture, and managing all construction operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and production. The role also requires the VP to oversee budgeting, financial targets, and cost control measures, as well as to identify and mitigate potential project risks. The ideal candidate will have a deep focus on growth, be adept at working with sales and marketing teams to design promotional campaigns, generate leads, and acquire new business, and will be committed to driving the company's strategic vision and long-term goals to enhance its market position.
