About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Construction for the Colorado Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all investment, pre-construction, and operational activities across a range of multi-family projects. This role demands a proven team leader with a strong background in multi-family construction, capable of both strategic management and hands-on involvement in the field. Stakeholder management, both internal and external, is a key aspect of the position. The ideal candidate will have a Denver/Colorado history, with a network of local subcontractors and a deep understanding of local regulations and laws. A background as a General Contractor or Owner in multi-family construction, ideally with over 10 years' experience, is required, along with a proven track record of leading, mentoring, and growing a full construction department.

The VP of Construction will be part of a fully-integrated real estate investment company with a national presence in residential projects. The role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of high-value multi-family projects, and the candidate should be prepared to take on a challenging and dynamic position within the organization. Strong time management, stakeholder, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to work closely with the development, acquisitions, and property management teams.
