About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, ICHRA General Manager to lead the development and implementation of market-level strategies for ICHRA growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving acquisition strategies across various employer segments, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring ongoing improvements to meet market trends and customer needs. This role requires a strong leader to serve as a connective tissue between teams, partner with Market P&L for customized network contracting plans, and engage with platforms to drive growth and enhance product offerings. The VP will also be involved in critical strategic initiatives, represent ICHRA in key forums, and coach a team to meet business outcomes.

Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the healthcare payer space, with a preference for those with a background in the employer segment. The role demands a candidate with strong financial acumen, experience in high-growth environments, and a proven track record of leading a market or region for a healthcare payer. Client management experience, particularly with large-scale partnerships, and strong provider and distribution relationships are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing a business from the ground up, be adept at shaping ICHRA policy, and have the ability to develop key partnerships to drive ICHRA growth. A background in ACA is a bonus.
