We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee critical operational domains in our nationwide school launch initiative. This role offers autonomy, strategic influence, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in transforming education. Responsibilities

Take ownership of key launch domains such as regulatory navigation, campus development, systems implementation, or financial orchestration. Drive cross-functional initiatives with full autonomy and accountability. Test and implement new operational frameworks in real-time. Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to develop launch-ready infrastructure. Leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications

7-10 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years at MBB firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG). Proven success managing complex, cross-functional operations in dynamic environments. Expertise in areas such as regulatory compliance, facility development, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations. Strong analytical skills and autonomous execution capabilities. Authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to travel approximately one week per month. Proficiency with AI tools for operational optimization. About 2 Hour Learning
