Join 2 Hour Learning as we embark on an ambitious journey to open 25–30 new school campuses in just six months. What You Will Be Doing

Drive the regulatory operations to secure state and local approvals efficiently and effectively. Oversee campus expansion by managing construction, vendors, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery. Lead student systems and support teams in onboarding, provisioning, and implementing service level agreements (SLAs). Take charge of financial operations, including budgets, financial models, and comprehensive reporting.

Relying on existing playbooks—this role demands you craft new strategies from scratch. Waiting for consensus—lead with decisiveness and clarity. Managing isolated projects—handle multiple, simultaneous launches with finesse. Operating from the sidelines—this position requires visible, hands-on leadership. Delegating challenging decisions—you'll be the one to make critical calls.

Vice President Of Construction Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver results in your designated operational track, ensuring timely and successful execution without excuses.

Basic Requirements

Proven experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent such as Deloitte S&O, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, LEK, etc.). Over 10 years of operational leadership in regulated, large-scale, or launch-critical environments. Demonstrated expertise in at least one area: public approvals/permitting, physical site launches, internal operations with SLAs, or financial management. Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and expedite delivery. U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
