About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Construction and Engineering to spearhead the planning, design, and implementation of new fiber optic networks in various markets. You will also oversee upgrades to current HFC and copper networks, collaborating closely with the CTO and senior leaders to align on infrastructure objectives. Your leadership will be essential in driving construction and engineering teams to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget while adhering to industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and a proven track record in large-scale fiber deployment, ensuring projects meet quality and efficiency expectations. Key qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles overseeing outside plant construction and engineering. Extensive knowledge of construction standards and outside plant engineering principles. Expertise in fiber deployment.
