Benefits: Salary $,,-$, Bonus -% Equity Flexible hybrid work Medical with a % employer paid premium k fully vested upon enrolment, up to a 4% employer match Responsibilities: Competently Manage multi-phased projects to achieve schedule, budget, and quality standards They will oversee project teams that are executing mission critical projects across the country Drive teams who manage execution of development projects from planning through commissioning and close out / turnover to operations. They will play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and profitability across construction projects Working with management, assist with creation of campus and project CAPEX budgets Be able to maintain and win business within the growing data center market Partner with Construction Cost team, Finance to drive forecast / variance analysis, master service agreements (MSA) and project authorizations for new & existing contractors and vendors are executed Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders Collaborate with executive leadership to align construction operations with overall business goals Work with the design team to provide cost analysis feedback and constructability reviews Qualifications: MS Office experience required, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel + years’ experience in the mission critical sector and +in construction Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience Data Center experience preferred; construction management experience required
