Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Construction Operations to enhance our field operations, safety procedures, and purchasing processes. In this leadership role, you will direct operational organizations, oversee department leaders, and prioritize safety and compliance throughout the company. Candidates should have a strong track record of managing teams across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process piping trades. Your responsibilities will include: Providing operational oversight and ensuring effective tracking of KPIs. Driving productivity and implementing Lean Construction principles. Managing business financials, budgeting, and forecasting to support purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in HVAC and construction operations, along with demonstrated expertise in safety, purchasing, and field operations. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities are crucial. Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills will help you thrive in this dynamic environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA preferred.
