In this critical leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of field operations, safety protocols, and purchasing processes. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, enhancing productivity, and cultivating a robust safety culture across the organization. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring operational teams within various trades, such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process piping. Ensuring that safety practices are prioritized to foster a compliant work environment. Managing operational oversight and developing strategic initiatives to improve service delivery and efficiency. Aligning operational objectives with the company’s financial goals through comprehensive understanding of business financials. To be successful in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in construction operations or a similar role. Expertise in HVAC systems, purchasing, safety standards, and field operations management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build and nurture high-performing teams. Proficiency in Lean Construction principles and a track record of problem-solving in dynamic environments. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is preferred.
