In this pivotal role, you will be at the helm of our operational organizations, guiding department heads to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance are upheld. A strong background in leading operations teams within mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process piping trades is critical for success. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing operational performance and ensuring alignment with KPIs Driving productivity and implementing Lean Construction principles Exhibiting strong financial acumen through budgeting and forecasting Leading purchasing efforts across the organization The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in roles that closely mirror the responsibilities outlined, with a solid foundation in HVAC, safety, and field operations.
