About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Design and Construction to oversee the planning, design, permitting, and construction of capital projects and assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for a significant portfolio of projects, including the revitalization of historic districts, and will manage a substantial capital budget. Key responsibilities include leading the strategic planning and implementation of the capital program, collaborating with various teams to identify future needs, and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective completion of projects. The Vice President will also be involved in procurement, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution, and will represent the company in communications with external stakeholders.
Applicants for the Vice President of Design and Construction position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10-15 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction management, with a minimum of five years in a managerial role.
