About the Role The Company is actively seeking an innovative and strategic Vice President of Fiber Network Construction and Engineering to spearhead the planning, design, and execution of new fiber optic networks across various markets. This is a key leadership role focused on not only building new networks but also enhancing existing HFC and copper systems. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the CTO and senior management to set infrastructure goals, drive strategic initiatives, and guarantee project completion within budget and on schedule, while adhering to industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership to the construction and engineering teams. Oversee both operating and capital budgets effectively. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project execution. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Act as the main contact for construction-related matters with all internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the telecommunications sector and at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. A strong financial acumen, excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, are essential to succeed in this role.
