The Amenity Collective is looking for a Vice President of Sales to join our growing team as part of our pool construction division! As Vice President of Sales, you will play a key role in supporting this mission by overseeing all pool construction sales, both new builds and renovations, and being part of creating lasting memories for our clients. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth across multiple markets. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of pool construction sales (or sales in a similar capacity), capable of building relationships with both commercial and residential clients.

LOCATION
The Vice President of Sales position is an on-site/in-person role that can be based out of any of The Amenity Construction Group’s branch offices. We have offices located in: Chandler AZ, Fort Meyers FL, Orlando FL, Port Charlotte FL, Lillburn GA, Rockville MD, Charlotte NC, Raleigh NC, Charleston SC, and Nashville TN (opening in 2026). Travel to different operating offices, client sites, and project sites will be required.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Growth & Prospecting : Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth for Amenity Construction Group across all markets, focusing on outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversation, and account development. Team Management: Recruit, train, and oversee the Sales Team, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Deliver consistent feedback on performance to ensure the Sales Team achieves their sales targets. Client Relationships: Build long-lasting partnerships with clients by understanding customer needs, providing customized tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service. Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for business development in both B2B and B2C sectors, establishing partnerships with contractors, developers, and homeowners. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline by identifying top prospects, market segments, and industries. Convert leads into sales while focusing on high-value projects. Revenue Targets: Monitor Amenity Construction Group’s sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability. Contract Management : Manage contract negotiation and execution with clients and partners. Performance Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to maintain detailed sales records and generate performance reports. Track key metrics to ensure you're meeting goals and driving results, providing regular updates to leadership on progress, trends, and opportunities. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the construction, home improvement, hospitality, or aquatics industry. 5+ years of experience in national or regional sales leadership roles. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics, including customer acquisition and retention strategies. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team. Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies to drive growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel nationally as required to attend events and meet with clients. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
