DESCCO Design & Construction Inc. is looking for a hands-on, experienced Water/Wastewater Foreman (Construction) to lead and manage field crews on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise, coordinate, and work alongside field crews on active water and wastewater construction projects- Interpret plans, blueprints, and project specifications to ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently- Schedule daily tasks, assign duties to crew members, and manage productivity on-site- Monitor quality of work, ensure safety compliance, and address any issues as they arise- Serve as the main point of contact between field staff and project management- Assist with hands-on work - formwork, excavation, piping, equipment operation, etc.- Coordinate deliveries, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines- Document daily reports and ensure site cleanliness, safety, and readiness

Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience as a Construction Foreman, specifically overseeing wastewater or water treatment projects- Proven ability to lead, schedule, and manage crews effectively on complex infrastructure projects- Strong understanding of water/wastewater processes, site layout, and utility installation- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)- Valid driver's license and clean MVR required- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills- We provide all power tools and larger tools and equipment. Employees must have their own hand tools (ie, Hammer, trowels, toolbelt, tape measure, utility knife etc.)

Schedule:- Full-Time- Monday to Friday- 8-10 hour shifts- Overtime potential
