About the Role As a Construction Assistant for Commercial Remodeling , you’ll work independently and with teams on projects across our properties. Based in Newport News, VA, this role involves travel within a 2-hour radius, including occasional trips to Raleigh, Charlotte, Charleston, and other Southeast markets. Your responsibilities include estimating project timelines, managing your schedule, and executing hands-on renovation work focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coordinate with onsite maintenance and leasing teams to deliver impactful results.
