Account Executive

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Executive to join our growing New Construction Mechanical team. This role is responsible for driving business development, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs and project goals. The Account Executive will partner closely with internal cross-functional divisions to effectively delivery on proposal development and market strategy at new and existing accounts.

Business Development:

  • Drive new business through lead generation, proposal development, and market strategy.
  • Support project execution and collaborate across teams to ensure successful delivery.

Client Relations:

  • Serve as the main client contact, managing relationships, contracts, and financing discussions.
  • Build trust and ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and support.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience within the mechanical, electrical, construction, or engineering industry required.
  • 2 years of experience leading and closing sales required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio required.
  • Bachelors degree in business, engineering, construction management, or equivalent business experience required.
  • Experience managing and closing up to $20mil project budgets.
  • Strategic, extroverted mentality, with willingness to work outside of the traditional working hours (e.g. networking events, client meals, etc.)
