Key Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support by performing tasks to ensure efficient group operation
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Manages scheduling of internal and external meetings
Makes travel arrangements and manages expenses for senior staff
Coordinates review and execution of legal documents
Assists with maintaining group file system
Assists with market research and special projects, as needed
Exhibits professional communication via phone and email
Creates and revises systems and procedures to resolve administrative issues and increase efficiency
Provides information by answering questions and requests

Qualifications:

Four-year college degree, experience in Legal (i.e. paralegal) or similar field of study (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (will consider internships)
Ability to work both with a team and independently, with minimal guidance
Strong computer skills required, including advanced Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent written and oral presentation skills
Reporting skills, administrative writing skills
Managing processes, organization, and analyzing information
Problem Solving, supply management, inventory control
Professionalism and strong verbal communication
Role will be in an in-office work environment
