Administrative Assistant - Construction Office
The Administrative Assistant works closely with other Administrators and field personnel to organize files, payroll data entry, and prepare reports and documents.
Pay:Starts at a minimum of $18.00/Hour, negotiable with experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Purchase Orders
- Jobvite-Print Out Resumes & Set Up Interviews
- Equifax-Onboarding of New Employees
- Keep Fleet/Logs Updated on Tags/Registrations/Weights of Vehicles/etc.
- NC 811 Locate Tickets
- Billings
- Expense Reports
- Answering Phones
- Record Keeping / Filing
- General Office Duties
- Accepting Deliveries and Mail Sorting
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Spectrum a plus
- Background in smart sheet a plus
- Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information
- Fleet experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to communicate with others
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in either construction or utilities industries
Pre-Screen
- Upon offer, employees may be required to subject and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
License & Certifications:
- Driver's License required
