Job Title: Administrator Construction Manager Location: South Charleston, WV

Job Responsibilities: Oversee OSP Construction activities at our client's location, ensuring quality standards are met. Coordinate projects with state/local municipalities and other utilities. Ensure compliance with state, local, and company requirements in public ROW or utility easements. Collaborate with various departments like Logistics, Contract Administration, and Project Management. Support sales, marketing, operations, and regulatory tasks as needed. Monitor project expenditures and maintain accurate records.

Skills Required: Strong knowledge of OSP Construction Standards and Practices. Experience with OSP Unit Descriptions and SSP contracts. Familiarity with state, local, and company safety standards. Minimum five years of experience in Outside Plant construction and splicing. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderately heavy objects. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight occasionally.
