Convert complex design blueprints into executable plans. Perform tasks achieving narrowly defined specifications. Use and organize your personal professional-grade tools. Inspect and validate your work's precision independently. Partner with Engineering and Programming throughout the manufacturing phases. Operate varied machinery including Bridge Port, Grinders, Saws, and EDM effectively. Adhere to all corporate guidelines on EHS, Quality, and HR policies. Located At: 3960 S Marginal Rd, Cleveland, OH 44114 Scheduled Hours: 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m., Monday – Friday Qualifications Essentials: A high school diploma or equivalent recognized credential (G.E.D.) Over five years of relevant mold and tool making experience. Bonus Qualifications: Ability to lift and maneuver up to 40 pounds. Journeyman’s certification in Tool & Die or equivalent experience from a job shop. Preference given to candidates with exposure to turbine/airfoil mold creation. Capable of effective teamwork and communication within production teams. Proficient with Math and Trigonometry needed in technical tasks. In-depth understanding of toolmaking frameworks and processes. This position is not subject to hazardous material but does require attention to safety, utilizing personal protective equipment.
