About the Role:

As an Analyst Kinetic Construction, you will utilize MS Office Suite applications to analyze data related to construction projects making recommendations based on these data sets. Most of your time will be spent planning, forecasting, utilizing predictive analytics, and scheduling construction crews based on project deadlines and customer demands. Another major component of this role will be spent utilizing systems and analyzing reports to help managers and leadership monitor KPIs and measure productivity levels. This challenging, fast-paced work environment requires attention to detail and the ability to gather and analyze data making accurate recommendations. To be effective you will need to learn the tools and applications specific to Windstream such as, EPM (QuickBase Software Solution), Job Trac, and more.

Minimum Requirements:

College degree and 0-3 years professional level experience; or 4+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
