Job Description Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Attend jobsite meetings and coordinate regularly with field teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement logs
Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting documentation
Support or lead communication with key project stakeholders, both internal and external
Oversee site visits and ensure project execution is aligned with owner expectations
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Leverage Microsoft Excel and other tools for cost tracking, reporting, and documentation
Help create and improve internal workflows, systems, and processes for project delivery

The Successful Applicant Prior experience working on data center construction projects is required
Strong understanding of the construction process from precon to closeout
Solid foundation in reading drawings, specs, and contracts
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort using project management software
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical teams
Interest in transitioning to the owner's side and a long-term mindset toward growth
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
A proactive, collaborative attitude-you're someone who takes initiative and sees things through
What's on Offer Compensation- will vary depending on the experience and if it is an APM or PM role - up to 140,000 USD
