ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will assist in ensuring that the company receives payment for services offered to the customer, monthly billing, and collections.
Vendor ***** New customer setup, Compliance, Documentation
AIA ***** New Project set-up, IDs, Codes Verification
Monthly ***** Creates Invoices, Records Payments, AR Aging Reports, Vendor Statement Reconciliations
Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Controller
Assists with COIs, Equipment Utilization Reports, Lien Waivers
***** Associates Degree or higher a plus, but not required 3+ years experience Construction Project Billing will be considered in lieu of degree
