We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Area Construction Superintendent in Wilson, NC, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You'll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Most importantly, you'll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet. Here's what you'll need:

15+ years of construction site experience

15+ years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager

Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required

Ability to lead teams of Project vendors and Subcontractors to meet the Project goals

Ensures Project safety objectives are achieved for assigned projects.

Ability to perform regular site inspections and safety assessments to ensure compliance with specifications and site specific safety requirements.

Ideally, you'll also have:

OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30

First aid / CPR

Excellent leadership and Communication skills

Strong knowledge of Mechanical Systems, Equipment and Construction Processes

Pharma experience

The base salary range for this position is $109,100.00 to $170,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
