Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager
Status: Full-Time / Salary Range: $30 to $40 per hour
Reports To: Director of Project Operations
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Assists in operational procedures management, SOP drafting, workflow development, estimating, project performance monitoring, management dashboards oversight, safety standards oversight, and general guidance for all roles working in an operations capacity. This role supports Director-level positions in a wide range of responsibilities and will be responsible for some customer service and job management as the companys project demand fluctuates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support:
- SOP and Workflow maintenance, teaching and enforcement
- Timecard and expense report monitoring across project team
- Prioritization assistance to the Operations Director
- Project and Repair dashboard auditing, maintenance and upkeep in Asana
- Capacity planning in collaboration with PMs, Supervisors and Coordinators
- Safety training planning, implementation and tracking
- Tool and equipment asset tracking
- Project visibility through social media accounts
- Performance Reporting:
- Staff KPI tracking and reporting
- Project performance tracking and reporting
- Budgeted hours vs actuals tracking and reporting
- Estimation:
- Material take-offs, site visits for documentation and identifying RFIs
- Square footage and lineal footage take-offs for each trade
- Draft and send RFPs to subcontractors and suppliers
- Architectural, engineering and interior design plan review and project scope development, RFP list generation, bid scaling and exclusion identification
- Preliminary proposal drafting
- Project Management:
- Management and oversight of moderately simple projects (i.e., 1-2 vendors or trades per job) to alleviate project managers during high demand seasons. PM work will be under the assisted supervision of a Director or Project Manager.

Qualifications
- Associates degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, and four to six years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
- Valid drivers license and insurance
Time management, highly organized, computer use proficiency, 60+WPM typing, adaptable to software integration with construction processes.
