Coordinate, develop, manage, and implement all facets necessary to construct the project. The specific duties include: (1) Coordinate Monthly Reporting per the contract documents; (2) Coordinate project execution plans and resource-loaded scheduling to ensure each project remains within established specifications, timelines and budget using Primavera P6; (3) Perform site visits including audits, review of safety procedures, customer meetings and process updates; (4) Provide continual client updates and reporting to ensure all customer expectations and business goals are achieved; (5) Participate in all aspects of the project from mobilization through completion and manage daily, weekly and monthly internal / external reporting; (6) Prepare schedules and costs reporting, coordinate and manage project tasks; (7) Manage customer deliverable as per the contract such as monthly invoicing / reporting, and local content reporting using MS/Office, Procore and AutoCAD; and (8) Collaborate with Sr. Project Manager and Contract Manager to coordinate supply chain and manage potential issues or concerns. Bachelors degree (or the equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Project Management or in a closely related field.
