Position Overview: Ironcore Construction LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Construction Superintendent  to support the execution of a multifamily residential project in Pasadena, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily construction, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to field operations.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Superintendent in managing daily on-site activities to ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to maintain schedule and quality standards. Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies. Conduct daily site walks to ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications. Maintain accurate field documentation including RFIs, daily reports, and progress photos. Support the resolution of field issues and communicate effectively with project stakeholders. Ensure quality control procedures are followed and assist in punch list completion. Represent Ironcore Construction professionally with clients, inspectors, and the public.
Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in multifamily projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project). OSHA 30 certification preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site full-time.
Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range:  $90,000 – $115,000 annually, depending on experience. Health insurance. Paid time off and holidays. 401(k) with company match. Opportunities for growth within Ironcore Construction.
