YOUR ROLE AS AN ASSISTANT GOLF GENERAL MANAGER - PGA PROFESSIONAL:

As our Assistant Golf General Manager - PGA Professional, you'll be at the forefront of our hospitality operations and golf services. You'll manage all aspects of the hospitality side, including overseeing staff and ensuring smooth food and beverage procedures, inventory control, and regular staff training. You'll also ensure our golf simulators provide a top-notch entertainment experience for our guests.

On the golf side, you'll take charge of running our X-Leagues, providing expert golf instruction, and creating memorable experiences for players of all ages. You'll design and execute kids' golf camps, work with players on their game improvement, and manage customer life-cycle strategies to keep our guests coming back for more. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes X-Golf West Des Moines the go-to place for golf enthusiasts of all skill levels.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• 21+ years of age
• PGA Professional certified
• Manager's Alcohol Responsibility Training (MART) certification
• 1+ year of experience as a Level 1 PGA Professional instructor (minimum of an associate professional pipeline)
• 1 year of indoor golf simulator experience
• Experience in golf instruction, league management, and customer service
• Sales and marketing experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, fun, and energetic sports bar and entertainment facility
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for golf and a commitment to promoting the sport

Having a food and beverage management certification and experience would be a huge plus!
