Job Description
As an integral part of the project team, the Assistant Project Manager will support all ground up construction projects alongside the PM for several commercial projects running concurrently, valued at 15mil+ per project. in Addition the Successful Project manager will be responsible for: Managing all project paperwork, RFIs, etc. on the specific project Serving as the lead face of the business with the architect, client, and subcontractors Managing the budget and overseeing the schedule, in coordination with the Superintendent MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The Successful Assistant Construction Project Manager Will Have: Minimum5 years of construction project experience a background building projects over $10 million in value communication skills, both written and verbal Light industrial and / or tilt wall project experience is advantageous strong client-facing abilities and represents the employer well at all times a Bachelor's Degree What's on Offer
The Assistant Project Manager - New Construction Work receives: Base salary up to $90,000 Company truck + gas card PTO health, dental, vision Bonus Opportunity
