Job Description

Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:

Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial or multifamily construction projects.
Track project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure goals are met.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth workflows.
Review and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Support in resolving any project-related issues or conflicts promptly.
Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and updates.
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements for project efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager (APM) should have:

A solid understanding of commercial or multifamily construction processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various project components effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset to address challenges efficiently.
Proficiency in construction management software or tools is a plus.

Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Weekly vehicle allowance of $125 and 50% mileage reimbursement.
