What You’ll Do: Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination
Assist with RFIs, submittals, and tracking project documentation
Help maintain project schedules, budgets, and change orders
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals
Attend project meetings and contribute to jobsite oversight
Participate in preconstruction, bidding, and closeout processes
Uphold safety and quality standards on every project
What We’re Looking For: 2 years of experience in commercial construction (internship or full-time)
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desire to grow into a Project Manager role long-term
