The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and participating in construction projects, collaborating with project teams, providing technical guidance, and making sure projects are completed on-time, within budget and in accordance with safety regulations.

Essential job functions of the Assistant Project Manager include:

- Manage and ensure the timely completion of all construction projects - Collaborate with project teams from initial phases to completion - Ensure all resources are identified and allocated according to specifications - Monitor the progress of all projects, provide technical guidance to staff and contractors - Analyze and address barriers to progress, and update project teams accordingly - Develop and maintain project budgets, and review cost estimates - Prepare progress reports and present progress updates to project teams - Ensure safety regulations and industry standards are met on all projects

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, a degree preferred. They should also have the ability to work efficiently and independently, excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
