Assistant Project Manager - Construction (Entry-level!)

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting project managers and estimators with construction office & fieldwork.
Entry-level! We'll provide all the tools and training you need to excel in this role!
Responsibilities:
Help prepare & maintain a log of submittals, daily reports, and safety reports.
Work with Project managers to obtain field dimensions required to complete the work.
Submit timely RFI’s track responses & maintain logs.
Identify all safety requirements
Manage field installations - Schedule workers in the field, and coordinate schedules with available manpower, collect timesheets, deliver paychecks, order equipment.
Read and interpret Drawings, Plans, Sketches.
Requirements:
Willingness to learn!
Computer-literate
Organized & detail-oriented
