They are currently looking for an Assistant Construction Manager to join their growing business and initially work on a $50M renovation project in the Bronx.
This is a field-based project management role, involving budget and schedule management, RFI's, change orders, managing contractors, and liaising with the client.
They are looking for someone with 1-3 years' experience with at least some experience in NY/NJ public agency projects. A technical degree (construction, engineering or architecture) is strongly preferred.
