Job Details Responsibilities Manage subcontractors for assigned scopes; track manpower and progress Support schedule execution, weekly lookaheads, and constraint removal Assist with buyout, change management, and cost-to-complete updates Lead OAC prep: agenda, minutes, follow-ups, and commitments tracking Coordinate closeout and turnover planning with field + client teams

Qualifications 4+ years in construction (PE ? APM progression ideal) Experience on ground-up or major renovation projects preferred Comfortable with budgets, change events, and subcontractor management Procore/Bluebeam preferred; strong Excel skills a plus Strong communication and follow-through
