Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible to provide general assistance to and may be responsible for the direction and performance of a subset of principal areas of responsibility of the Project Manager. Accountable for project financial performance. Single or multiple project assignments may be required.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent

Up to five years of applicable experience, preferably in a design firm or field construction office setting

Additional Qualifications

Developing leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Team-oriented individual capable of coordinating or managing others

Understanding of project execution and delivery in a design or construction setting
