Key Responsibilities:

Support multifamily project execution from preconstruction through closeout

Assist with purchasing, subcontractor negotiations, and schedule tracking

Manage logs for RFIs, submittals, budget reports, change orders, and project updates

Collaborate with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, and subs

Help drive safety, quality, and timely execution across every stage of the build

Participate in closeout walks and ensure collection of all final documentation

Qualifications:

3+ years of related construction experience with a general contractor

Experience supporting ground-up multifamily (BTR) projects

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
