Assistant Project Manager - Construction Location: Tualatin OR Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite Pay Range: $23-$24/hour Start Date: ASAP Type: Contract to hire Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, notarize, and distribute monthly owner billings and lien waivers. Generate and process AIA contract change orders, owner contracts, and related documentation; track and follow up on outstanding approvals. Review and issue subcontracts, verifying compliance with licensing and bonding requirements; address missing or altered agreements. Assemble and distribute meeting packets, proposals, schedules, and change proposals for project managers. Assist with subcontractor qualification statements, notices, and agreement distribution. Support project closeout by collecting, reviewing, and compiling manuals, warranties, and required documentation. Upload and review project drawings, punch lists, and schedule updates as directed. Set up new projects in team systems and track acceptance of project invitations. Maintain organized records and consistent follow-up with project stakeholders. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications in construction management or project coordination preferred. 1+ year of construction administration or project coordination experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Microsoft Project and AIA documentation preferred. Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills are required.
