Description The Traveling Assistant Project Manager will support the successful execution of large-scale, ground-up commercial construction projects across multiple U.S. markets. Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and cross-functional teams, this individual will help ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate brings a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a strong foundation in construction management. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow into a leadership position while gaining exposure to complex projects and diverse markets. Key Responsibilities Include: Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout Help develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement logs Coordinate with design teams, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to support smooth project execution Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders Support field teams by tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with project plans Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings to stay aligned with project goals Assist with contract administration, invoice reviews, and cost tracking Maintain project documentation including drawings, logs, reports, and closeout materials Conduct site visits to support field coordination, QA/QC efforts, and progress tracking Support project closeout efforts including punch list tracking and final documentation submission Apply today using the link provided and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application.
Profile In return for a competitive compensation package, the ideal candidate will possess the following: 2-5+ years of experience assisting on large-scale commercial construction projects - essential Strong understanding of project coordination, document control, and construction processes - essential Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills - essential Willingness and ability to travel frequently and support projects nationwide - essential Familiarity with construction documentation, schedules, and procurement processes - preferred Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or Primavera - preferred Exposure to various sectors such as healthcare, life sciences, education, or data centers - preferred Job Offer
